Prof. Angelo Mapunda is highly specialized in commercial and corporate law with unassailable skills and knowledge on procedural laws, specifically procedures applicable in the High Court and the Court of Appeal of Tanzania. He is an expert in strategic litigation and is keen at defensive litigation approach. Besides leading the FK Community, he lectures undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the University of Dar es Salaam, and lectures on part-time basis in various higher learning institutions in Tanzania. He conducts continuing legal education workshops for the Bar on diverse areas of practice.
Dr. Mkombozi Vincent Mhina has developed a high level of expertise on employment law, immigration services, arbitration, intellectual property and natural resources law. He has researched and written intensively on his areas of specialization, both in the academic arena as well as business circles. Besides servicing the Firm as a Senior Partner, Dr. Mhina teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University of Dar es Salaam, in which case, his combined academic knowledge and practical experiences, adds unique values to the Firm. He is among the few Tanzanian lawyers who have intensively written on the Tanzanian Labour Laws.
Mr. Duncan is a key partner in the corporate and commercial department, having gained massive experiences in handling various corporate assignments. He has been instrumental is profiling the firm’s commercial & corporate practice. His knowledge and skills on commercial laws has been recognized nationally and internationally. In 2012 Mr. Deusdedith Mayomba Duncan, recognized and received an award as the leading lawyer in Tanzania by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) – a leading financial and corporate law publication.
Mr. Nasson is holder of a BA (Finance) awarded by Charles University, Czechoslovakia in 1966. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Management with Specialization in Public Finance Management obtained from the University of Connecticut, USA and has undertaken Advanced & Post graduate Studies in Tax Management at the East African Community Head Office Training Centre, Nairobi Kenya (1971/73).
